DiskRaptor is free software under the MIT license, distributed via GitHub. In addition, optional paid one-time support licenses (Pro Single, Commercial Pro, Enterprise) are offered on the pricing page and sold via our payment provider Creem.

Use of Content

The software (DiskRaptor) provided on this website is licensed under the MIT license. Use is at your own risk.

Updates and Support

Updates of the free software are provided without warranty; there is no entitlement to error-free operation, specific compatibility or continued availability. Paid license holders additionally receive the support and early-access benefits described on the pricing page.

Liability

Liability for damages arising from the use of the provided information or software is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Paid Services and Withdrawal

Paid licenses are one-time payments (no subscription) processed by Creem; your license confirmation is delivered by email and prices include statutory VAT where applicable. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content and services delivered immediately, you expressly agree that performance begins with the purchase, in which case the withdrawal right expires once performance has begun. Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded upon request within 14 days via [email protected].

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The current version is available on this website.

Governing Law

The law of the Republic of Italy shall apply.
